Frequently Asked Questions
What are the accepted payment terms?
Both TT and L/C are accepted. We prefer a 30% deposit before production and a 70% balance before loading by TT.
What is the typical delivery timeframe?
Delivery time depends on order quantities. Generally, it takes about 45 days after receiving the initial deposit.
How is the steel structure protected during shipping?
Steel frames are secured on pallets, and ends are wrapped with blankets or bubble plastic films. Sandwich panels are also packed specifically to prevent crashing during transit.
Do you offer on-site installation support?
Yes, we provide full Tekla model drawings and installation guides. For complex projects, we can send engineers or technical personnel to your site to guide the construction.
What is the durability of the steel structure?
Our steel structures are designed for a long service life, typically lasting up to 50 years with appropriate maintenance.
Can the structure withstand extreme weather?
Yes, our designs account for wind resistance up to 12 grades and earthquake resistance up to 8 grades, depending on your local requirements.
