Steel buildings are becoming more and more popular in the construction industry. It is widely used as commercial shop buildings, warehouse, workshop, storage buildings, and logistics bases. The advantages of steel buildings include their durability, low cost compared to conventional construction, and the fact that they take much less time to build than other types of new construction.
The main steel frame structure consists of welded H-section steel columns and beams connected by high-strength bolts. All steel structure components are welded in our factory with CNC machines. We design various structures including single span, double span, portal frame, or truss roof systems.

Raw Material: Thickness tolerance <0.25mm; Yield and tension testing in-house; Traceable mill certificates.
Fabrication: 100% testing dimension tolerance <1mm; 20% sample ultrasonic testing for welding lines; 20% magnetic powder testing.
Surface Treatment: Shot blasting grade Sa. 2.5; Roughness >75um; Paint primer within 5 hours of blasting.
