Standard terms are T/T 30% deposit to initiate production, and 70% balance before shipment. Lead time typically ranges from 30 to 45 days after deposit and design approval, depending on the project scale.

Yes. We provide detailed 3D installation drawings and video tutorials. For complex structures, we can dispatch senior technical engineers to your site for on-site guidance to ensure structural integrity and safety.
