What are the terms of payment?

Normally we work on T/T or L/C terms. For T/T: 30% prepayment and 70% before delivery. For L/C: 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.

We provide a 12-month warranty for main parts. Our service includes on-site installation, debugging, and worker training to ensure proper operation and daily maintenance.

What is the delivery time?

Generally, goods are delivered within 30-45 days after receiving the deposit. If items are in stock, delivery can be as fast as 7-10 days.
